Returns

 

Our shipping team takes great care to prevent any damage during transit, but in rare cases issues can still occur. If this happens, please contact us by e-mail so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We offer a no-quibble returns policy on all our products—whatever the reason, even if you’ve simply changed your mind. All we ask is that you return the items within 30 days, including your name, address, and order number, along with a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

If you are returning products from outside Europe, please mark the package as a “gift” and/or declare a value of 0 Euro.

If an item is not returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Refunds will be issued once the products have been received in good condition or officially declared lost by the carrier. BACKPACKFLAG’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
